Mujō x Bastion

Sunday, October 1

Bastion is thrilled to host Atlanta’s first modern, edomae-style omakase restaurant – and the city’s most coveted reservation – Mujō, one night only for a pop-up!

On Sunday, October 1, chefs J. Trent Harris (Mujō) and Josh Habiger (Bastion) will join forces for a collaborative tasting menu, combining Mujō’s expertly curated washoku dining experience with Bastion’s signature, perfectly seasonal and ever-evolving dining style.

Featuring two seatings (5:30p.m. and 8:30p.m.) of 12 at the Bastion bar and priced at $225 per person, chef Habiger will take the lead on small bites + snacks to start off the evening, followed by a traditional nigiri succession designed by chef Harris – with classic Bastion bites timed in-between. Both chefs will create their own dessert, and guests can add on wine or sake pairings for $100 per person.

Tickets for this one-night only collab go on sale on Friday, September 15 at 12:00pm and will be available through Tock

Tickets will be made available on Friday, September 15 at 12:00pm
