Bastion x Slow Noodles

Sunday, February 25

Bastion is excited to host a pop up with their friend Chantha Nguon, who will share authentic Cambodian dishes with them from her new cookbook and memoir, Slow Noodles.

This event is open to the public in the Big Bar, no advance ticket needed. Food will be first come/ first served from 5pm until sell out.

📕 About the book: A haunting and beautiful memoir from a Cambodian refugee who lost her country and her family during Pol Pot's genocide in the 1970s but who finds hope by reclaiming the recipes she tasted in her mother's kitchen.
